I'm very mildly allergic to red food coloring. I get small sores in my mouth. Lately when I have red meat I've notices that I'll get some, particularly with pre-packaged (vacuum-sealed) and now even with more good fresh, Costco meat. Wondering if food coloring is starting to be more regular (but not listed) additive?

I seriously believe that, as humans, we need to rethink what we are eating. It is very important to understand that while we advance in technology and use it for our benefit, we should also return to more ancestral and traditional ways of eating.

My long-term project is to produce as much of the food my family consumes as possible. This includes meat. However, I believe a third party should handle the act itself.

I'd prefer not to have to kill my own meat.
