Amazing! The ski erg is badass π₯ My tip, if I may, is to focus on 90 minutes a week in the V2 zone to increase your VO2 max, along with one or two days a week of training for short periods at maximum anaerobic capacity. Emphasize strength training, build muscle in your back, core, legs, biceps, and shoulders.
