Depends on the profile but if they have a real name and a project they are building, look them up, look up the project they say they are working on, and use your existing network to see if people have connected with them. We've had instances of "real" users on farcaster joining and interacting with the community for months, pretending to be building a project, and then later maliciously drain wallets. Simply put, being a bot makes somebody obviously not "real" but theres "real" bad people out here too 🤷🏻♀️

Depends on your definition of "real". Sometimes there are pretty OG (like, Twitter age OG) users without badges, and sometimes there are users with badges that acting worse than bots lol X'D

from fc perspective: seeing capital letters and full stops is my most primitive form of 'bot detection' - i think the downside is it tends to filter out people who don't speak english as a native language and are using a translator tho non-unique / generic-looking pfps would be primitive indicator number 2
