Lately itโ€™s been taking me about 30 minutes into my workouts to feel at full strength Anyone have any suggestions beyond stretching a lot longer before workouts?

Could be a few things that youโ€™ll prob need to experiment with. 1/n If itโ€™s generalized, lighter, vigorous, weighted warmups might help more than stretching. But itโ€™s not settled science https://youtu.be/swpmb4fNRLk?feature=shared

If itโ€™s localized (forearms) may be grip strength: farmer carries, deadhangs and forearm exercise can help (had issues in grad school and those helped). You could be fatigued. If itโ€™s a change and persists/worsens, not a bad idea to see a physical therapist/doctor
