Q: Best A.I. use case?

A: The A.I. Primary Care Physician.

In my life I’ve been genuinely harmed by the bad advice of:

Unavailable PCPs
Overworked PCPs
Compromised PCPs
Dogmatic PCPs
Dumb PCPs
Lazy PCPs

I see zero reason that A.I. PCPs should not fix every one of these problems, for every person 🤖🩺

The application of AI that I'm most excited about in the upcoming wave:

playing /bracket, assisting /bracky, talking /greatbooks

I'm waiting for this too. The advice I've heard family members get about basic issues like blood pressure, lipids, etc. is shockingly bad. I think verticalized clinics (like hims) for these more common PCP issues like cardiac care will be the first real win. Some of the GLP-1 clinics already do this well with robust treatment protocols, deep understanding of the drugs and side effect profiles, and concierge check-ins. AI-assisted at the very least will help them scale.
