Yeah probably same. I’m a bit torn on the Fellowship idea. 6 months ago I would have been hugely for. Now I think the current pipeline of nudging contributors to find PMF and build directly fundable things is fine. A fellowship could allow people to spend more time exploring wild ideas, but

might also leave people floating around for a while, trying weirdly ambitious things with no great end outcome for Nouns. If they’re building something with directly value to the ecosystem, they should just propose that and we should fund them generously

Yeah you could probably categorize as that! I think it was successful in terms of capital deployed, and I think the DAO should do it again. I saw it more as a way to attract talent, though. If it lasts more than a few months, I think the efficacy of the grant slowly decreases.

We're developing a format for a research fellowship where fellows receive training in user research, market research (ensure they're not reinventing the wheel and create value), and first principles thinking too. Stipend payment are conditional on milestones for sharing progress publicly, so it's open source research
