This is my second day as a non-smoker. Smoked for 20 years, quit yesterday. Was done because of the fact that it sort of controlled my life and patterns. I literally been a smoker since I was 14 years old, so I can't wait to experience life without. Feels weird, but also feels like a fresh start. 💜

I remember drinking lots of cranberry juice for the first 3 days as it supposedly helps with flushing the nicotine molecules out of the system much faster.

No I think as long as you buy high quality natural one in a reputable store, it will work. Unless you want to start squishing cranberries yourself as part of the liberation process :)
