This is my second day as a non-smoker. Smoked for 20 years, quit yesterday. Was done because of the fact that it sort of controlled my life and patterns. I literally been a smoker since I was 14 years old, so I can't wait to experience life without. Feels weird, but also feels like a fresh start. 💜

Dude! This is exactly the same situation as me. Smoked since I was 14. I've been quit for a long time now, however I did vape for some time too. Happy to say I've been of that now for 4 weeks. From one ex smoker to another. You got this.

Congratulations! It is hard but worthwhile. I stopped in 2008 after a similar length of time as smoker. Enjoy the freedom from the need.

I remember drinking lots of cranberry juice for the first 3 days as it supposedly helps with flushing the nicotine molecules out of the system much faster.
