Has Singapore food arrived into main stream? This is one challenge that I am facing, when I make youtube channels of Singapore Food , it doesn’t has much click as compared to Thai. Why do you think that is? Have you ever tried or are you interested in learning more about Singaporean food?"

Had it once, and had a bad experience. I never tried it since simply because comfort and availability prevail (I live in the US). With that said, What are some generally Appealing / Easy recipes? What are "hallmark singoporean Comfort foods"? You know... the stuff most people can't deny

I am curious What did you eat and where did you have that bad Singapore bad experience? Singapore is such a multicultural and diverse country, we grow up with Indian food, Malay food, different dialects of Chinese food such as Cantonese, hokkien, Hakka, Hainan, teochew. I think that is why we can’t decide what to put as a national food 😂 Hall mark of comfort food is different as a Cantonese household cooks differently from a Hokkien household.
