Re: Not Doing… I’ve learned just this year to both say and believe “well, that is enough for today” even though there are more things I could, in theory, accomplish in a day

Letting time unfold is such a beautiful way to put it 💜 

It reminded me of something I heard in a course I'm taking about mutability. The teacher pointed out that to grow, people need to build foundations. But most mistake foundations to be rigid and solid, while human beings actually need to build a flexible yet strong foundation to thrive.
