Oy. Sorry to hear you've been ill! "Enforced slowdown due to illness" certainly isn't the same thing as conscious acceptance of not-doing.

May the real slowcore spirit (and better health) return for you soon.

I have not-done so many things this week, but mostly because a cold has kept me in bed most of it. 

Non-consensual slowcore is not as beneficial as otherwise!! Do not recommend.
