~325mg of Magnesium carbonate before bed has tripled my average “deep sleep” as measured by the Apple Watch from ~15 mins to ~45 mins.

IDK if there’s much difference, but Magnesium Bisglycinate had a similarly strong effect on my deep sleep.

I started taking Magensium Citrate gummies and my quality of sleep has improved drastically (from very poor to decent). Days when I work out *and* remember to take the Magnesium are usually best. I haven't paid attention to deep sleep metrics in Apple Health but might start doing that.
