Best argument for wc going hard algo is because Elon’s X has abandoned neutrality SO hard. He’s left a huge gap for absolutely any less manipulated alternative. Decentralized? Open? Ha!: Just don’t auto suggest nazis after auto playing a second video and you’re in blue ocean, uncontested water

I mean to be fair all the feeds on decentralized socials are pretty much closed sourced and they are heavily skewed towards certain keywords and accounts and actions. Neutrality is not really possible on any social media, openness it is, in theory, but any client with closed algos is neither decentralized or open.

Nobody cares about theoretical neutrality when the dominant platform is trying to choose winners so hard.

I mean is not theoretical, farcaster started when all accounts followed a specific set of accounts when created, and the API has literally manual picking cast to trending, and downgrading users, you don't know what you are talking about both lens and farcaster are super skewed towards specific winners and losers much more than Twitter. The power badge algorithm is closed-sourced it can be super easily attacked by mass liking with low accounts and you instantly lose the badge, don't get me started. Litteray all fids until 2k were handpicked, maybe with my exception where I just breached the network, you're uninformed, hype all you want but you're spreading misinformation.
