The first time i was bent over having a nice long stretch and lifted to a flat back, i made a connection from my lower spine to the front wall of my abdomen that was uniquely new, had a few lower diaphragmatic breathes and the connection increased, i engaged my whole body and stood up through the stretch, lights out

This was the first time i felt such a body awareness and dynamic connection, after a few more attempts to recreate the initial sensation i succeeded, but also in the lights out category, and more face plant finalities. Its been trial and error to ride the wave or powerful internal movement just with the breath
