@here So recently I started having sleep problems, unnecessary anxiety and periodic heartaches, I went for a medical checkup, they rightly detected that I take a lot of caffeine drinks and I have been instructed to stay away from it. I know this is common knowledge but also that some people might still be taking a lot of energy drinks. I'm just sharing to say, let go of energy drinks and these are some things I was adviced to do: - Drink a lot of water. - Take a lot of fruits. - Take walks away from work. I'm just sharing as maybe someone like me might have been giving less attention to their health while they build in this space, your health is important, take care of it as much as you take care of your work 🤍

I wanted to share my thoughts on the airdrops. While it's great to reward influential people, I worry that it reinforces centralization and makes it harder for new voices to emerge. By only giving airdrops to established accounts, aren't we just making the rich get richer and the poor get poorer? Is that really what crypto and web3 are about? What about those who don't have the opportunity or resources to invest in their growth? Shouldn't we be creating avenues for new builders and innovators to emerge? Let's use airdrops to empower fresh perspectives and foster a more inclusive community!"
