The longer I fast in the evening, the better I sleep. I used to do 3 to 4 hours of fasting, but I've recently switched to ~7 hours and the improvements in HRV and restfulness are noticeable.

how many times you eat a day? My last serve is like 3 hours before sleep and I can't imagine fasting for 7 hours straight before bed.
