looking for the best chair + desk configuration

i had a "gaming" chair – most unergonomical thing my ass ever felt
still have a "gaming" desk – a bit decent but very mid

any recommendations from those who maxxgrinded a setup?

looks really good, will hunt an offline place somewhere here to test it out

Desk doesn’t matter as much imo as long as it’s a motorized sit/stand. I have one from flexispot

Any sit/stand desk w monitor arm or stand. uplift desks are solid.

i'm also looking to improve my setup. 
i moved from a dormitory to an apartment, and man, I need a good chair because i constantly lie on the couch bcs back hurts
