initially started as PR, I've got a bit too curious to rewrite nearly everything in my way.

compare list:
- doesn't have any test cov
+ uses `@tanstack/react-query` and `hono`
- lacks docs
- provided as is.

would love someone to compare both of these and reopen https://github.com/farcasterxyz/auth-monorepo/pull/147 with a limited scope of changes to simply make `auth-kit` use React Query.
