On @anoncast... I've seen a lot of comparisons to anonymous web2 social networks (Whisper, YikYak, etc) which burned out quick / trended to the worst form of engagement bait (racism, sensationalism, gossip, ...) Mechanism design matters. Crowd deletion/curation, now reveals, and other new ideas have potential for a different outcome IMO

Think this is more relevant today with everything happening with Agents as to why decentralized social is a killer combo for new AI applications and experimentation https://x.com/jphackworth42/status/1823731238886367713

This is awesome! So you support backend for watching casts and sending the tips? All we'd need to do is add ourselves to the registry?

The Onchain Tipping Registry smart contracts and documentation are live! This lets you create a tippable token on Farcaster from any ERC20 token on Ham chain. The Ham Relayer sends the tips directly to the receivers wallet on Ham chain. There's no official interface for this yet and you'll need to interact directly with the smart contracts. Registration costs 250,000 $TN100x. If you want to build an interface you can charge a fee and receive up to 10% of the registration cost. Check out the OTR Github for a full example of deploying an ERC20 token, registering a tipping token, and converting the original token to the tippable version: https://github.com/ham-official/otr You can also read more about it here: https://docs.ham.fun/docs/otr/intro Reach out if you have a Base ERC20 token that you want to make tippable thats not currently listed on the Ham bridge ham.fun/bridge
