Started a new training plan this week for a 10K (race in 4 weeks). So far so good. Today's training was the toughest of the week. For lunch I ate 5 dishes of spaghetti meatballs (one of my favourite) π€© Carbs + proteins, perfect to recover... let's see how many hours of digestion I need to absorb them π€£
