Not a feature per se, but can describe the experience one may need to make this happen. 

When I navigate to a channel, give me the feeling of entering a house with multiple rooms, where each room has a group of people actively chatting. And I can pick which room to drop into and join in the conversation, real time.

Currently navigating to a FC channel is like knocking on the house door every few mins and getting the things recently talked about. And you can pick a few of those things to respond to. Once you are done, then knock on the door again.

Completely agree. But kinda wondering if this would me a different UI type of thing, a separate app that has this type of feel.
