Interesting to think about all of us logging our lives on platforms, recording our activity, interests and relationships with others.

That data could be exploited by governments, businesses or militaries through surveillance. Glad the project was cancelled and that was the end of that...

TIL that Facebook was launched the same day (Feb 4th 2004) that LifeLog was cancelled. 

Obviously coincidental of course.

I wrote a paper once about artists who used lifelogging as their medium. One of them logged their cat as well. The cat was quite popular, as you would expect 😸
