This is wild. Despite fewer votes than in the last two elections, Labour has twice as many parliamentary seats. Even democratic countries in the world are wildly undemocratic. We have a long way to go.

Agree the system is obviously terrible, but tbf it feels like this election a lot of people in the UK understood the assignment (probably due to social media and information being so much more available) regarding how voting actually works and so tactical voting seems to have been much more of a factor than ever before What kind of voting system would you advocate for?

I think ranked choice voting, approval voting, as well as policy-represented voting are all better policies than the current system.
