What are some upcoming EIPs that devs should be aware about?

The biggest one that's going into the next upgrade Pectra for app devs (which you’re probably aware of but just in case you’re not) is 7702 (aka the new EIP replacing 3074) which adds a lot of the full account abstraction features to EOAs (minus key rotation) There's also PeerDAS which will scale blobs by ~4x

Maybe EIP-2537? I hear a couple of ZK applications might need the new BLS12-381 verification precompile for cryptographic operations. EIP-7549 (https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-7549) also makes ZK light client bridges more efficient by reducing the overhead of verifying Casper FFG consensus.
