Something I've embraced the past few years is that I'm naturally a late sleeper (best thinking and most productive hours for work late at night). I used to feel bad about it (e.g. not working hard enough) and forced myself to make early morning meetings but reality is my brain doesn't function well then and that's okay

Only thing is the body seems to punish this longer term with hormonal health - I am trying to find a balance but nothing quite like the 2-5am window of productivity 🫢🏻
