Negative comments on social media receive 35% more engagement, as users are drawn to controversial and emotionally charged content. People are frustrated. I can hear it in their voices on audio spaces. It will die down. But a lot of things are changing at once and change is always a bit scary.

Damn Most people probably just feel the need to voice out their opinions Or defend a view they agree with And in a typical right/wrong situation most people are angry at the wrong party from their view.. If this makes sense at all
