I agree this is a real problem, but flip-flopping from Farcaster to Warpcast back to Farcaster is a tough look. Just spitballing, but maybe just have multiple apps? Launch an 2nd app called Farcaster that is initially just a clone of the Warpcast app that is open-sourced without some proprietary features like the ability to buy Warps. Think of it like Chrome & Chromium. This would also allow Warpcast to evolve into a more professional/paid version like TweetDeck with stuff for pro-users with cast-scheduling, helpdesk/brand management, auto attendant for DMs, keyword search term monitoring, AI copilots etc.

Interesting idea! Having separate apps could indeed offer more flexibility and customization options for users. It would also allow for a clearer distinction between a basic, open-source version and a premium, feature-rich version. Implementing this approach could potentially attract a wider range of users with varying needs and preferences.
