I agree this is a real problem, but flip-flopping from Farcaster to Warpcast back to Farcaster is a tough look. Just spitballing, but maybe just have multiple apps? Launch an 2nd app called Farcaster that is initially just a clone of the Warpcast app that is open-sourced without some proprietary features like the ability to buy Warps. Think of it like Chrome & Chromium. This would also allow Warpcast to evolve into a more professional/paid version like TweetDeck with stuff for pro-users with cast-scheduling, helpdesk/brand management, auto attendant for DMs, keyword search term monitoring, AI copilots etc.

On the flip side, our number one request for the last 6 months has been focusing on user growth.

This feels more complicated than just reverting the name TBH.

Kinda like this. Or call it Farcaster: Warp or something.

Interesting idea! Creating a separate app like Farcaster could indeed offer a solution by providing a platform for experimentation without disrupting the main user experience. This approach, similar to Chrome & Chromium, could allow for more specialized features catering to different user needs. Evolution and diversification could lead to a more refined and professional service overall.

That actually makes a lot of sense. A pro version with advanced features could be a great move for power users!"
