One thing I noticed at EthCC was more girls than at any other crypto conference I've been to, including farcon. Still way more guys (obviously), but for the first time, girls didn't stand out like sore thumbs. It seemed like /shefi is doing a great job onboarding more girls so kudos to them

I got so used to turning up to events being the only girl on the room but during ethcc it’s gotten soooooo much better
