It’s a school for tantric arts. They run training retreats that are shamanic tantra. I have never been but have heard from numerous people that it’s deeply transformative. https://ista.life

Oh interesting! My professors at Naropa were steeped in non dual shiva tantra & sanskrit, so that’s what I studied. More academic, but with a 500 RYT in hatha yoga for practice. I’ll check that out!

We studied ancient texts from Kashmir and didn’t do any of the ritualization or western interpretations of tantra.
