One of my best friends won’t talk to me anymore because I wrote a voter guide that endorsed Prop 36 — a prop that 70% of Californians voted for. Appeals to agree to disagree have not been met well. The options given to me are admit I’m stupid or don’t be friends anymore. Any advice?

Childish behavior... Wait a few days and text him again to see how things are going. Today one of my cousins blocked my brother on Instagram because he was sharing pro Trump posts on his stories. 🤦

Oh dear. This I would expect, even if unfair, but my thing was accepted by a supermajority of people in the most left leaning state in the union. I was shocked by his reaction.
