I just realized that if I find a couple of like-minded folk on @farcaster who migrated from Twitter earlier than I did, and follow all of their follows, my TL dramatically improves.

The other thing to try is scoping some channels and following posters that you like. Back in the day you could just follow everyone but sadly I think that might be a terrible idea now

Also curating your channels is extremely important. Marking my favorites vastly improved the content I am shown in my home feed. If one gets stale or too spammy, I swap it out.
