Still wondering why casts, and reactions, are lowering.
- Is this because of fewer accounts harvesting token drops like degen?
- is this the effect of showing the spam label?
- a combination of these things or something else?

Only thing I found (so far) is that it came available to see how much I earned with Farcaster. But, that couldn't be the reason imo (not logical).

What significant event happened about Mar 21st?

Many users got spammed and simply stopped maintaining their accounts. Realized the futility of actions!

Seems like the shutdown of a specific type of bot that likes casts en masse to gain attention.

Around this time, wallets of people from unsupported regions were blocked.. active users stopped managing their accounts en masse. 4 days ago, wallets were unblocked.. but who will bring these users back?

Somehow I have the feeling that it's two(?) harvesters/spammers who threw in the towel, and that it's a combination of: better results in labeling spam by Farcaster; indeed less opportunities to make money and a worse price appreciation due to market conditions.

Dec. 31 was the proposal of V to publish the spam label, but they where available later on. Not sure in with date. Farcaster isn't searchable very well.

It's weird that the drops are this heavy. As if botnets have shutdown because there is no more money to earn?

Degen farming wasn't really depending on cast engagement, Moxie was. What about Ham? Can you link the drops to certain events?

I'm out of space for reactions for a while now. It only removes the oldest reactions. If people do that it wouldn't be a sudden drop, but more gradually (imo), because they didn't onboard on the same time. A sudden drop seems to point to one entity with multiple accounts (imo)

I guess it’s because of having to pay for space and reactions. I’ve bought space and reactions twice now
