It's funny, Europe has absolutely no interest in the Yemeni war.

The war in Yemen is a proxy war between Saudis/USA on one side, and Iran/Russia on the other side.

Europe is involved only because we're allies with the USA and we're helping them. Otherwise we have not interest there.

EU could easily make a peace deal with Houthis, and EU ships would not be attacked anymore.

But somehow JD Vance thinks he's bailing Europe out by attacking Yemen 🙃

It's fascinating.
- It's no longer 'We the westen countries,' but we, and them.
- The idea that Europe is freeloading is a sense of relative deprivation.
- Would even dat that on the Staircase to Terrorism model of Moghaddam the US government is on level 2.
I would not be surprised if the independent future of one united Europe is made possible in part by the current Trump administration, even if more moderate governments follow.
