day 626 ✅ tweaked my neck a little at the end of yesterday's session, was bad enough that i dreamt of having sore neck 🤕 not restful.. but feeling a little better after today's sesh squats deadlifts combo: sissy squats / db pull overs db rdls combo: pull throughs / db shrugs combo: single leg calf raises / hanging leg raises

yesss that is the way to do it. i am so so focused on injury prevention (due to past unrelated injuries) leave the ego at the door and start with light weights immaculate form and progress will come in time. you got this 🏋️‍♂️
