day 626 ✅ tweaked my neck a little at the end of yesterday's session, was bad enough that i dreamt of having sore neck 🤕 not restful.. but feeling a little better after today's sesh squats deadlifts combo: sissy squats / db pull overs db rdls combo: pull throughs / db shrugs combo: single leg calf raises / hanging leg raises
