Marketplaces that allow you to give away free stuff should let you charge if people don't show. It's free unless you don't come in which is $20. They're almost unusable as is because no-shows are so common.

this is a very interesting idea could see partial refund variations too i.e. no shows ticket value goes to those who showed up
