funny i actually hadn't though stickers specifically yet. great idea. i will have a first batch ordered within 24 hours to start and then figure out what to do with them after that

Take it to the next level.. not just stickers but merch as well.  

T-shirts, hoodies, beer mats in pubs etc. 

No idea how but data collection for scanning. Reward the biggest scanners, understand where they come from, how can you use the data to generate more scans.

What's in it for the bidder, can you create some kind of dashboard showing the level of traffic routed through to URLs via the scans or links on the website.
