Apparently there is a service that will get you a Polish driver’s license valid in Europe that would be valid to exchange for a Spanish one. 

The guy said for 1400€ they would register me in Poland, pass all the necessary exams in my name, and mail me a valid polish driving license. 

The US and Europe don’t have an agreement to exchange driver’s license so to get a valid one here I would need to take all the theory and practical exams. That’s kind of annoying so I’d be kind of tempted if I had that type of money (which I don’t 😂) but also… is it a scam?

I mean, committing a crime in two different countries just to skip a test isn’t the best idea anyway.
