lol all jokes aside. Diet is just as important as movement. Taking daily strolls is good movement for the body, and intermittent fasting helps regulate metabolism. For women it doesn’t have to be such a large interval of time to fast to be effective imo. I personally usually do 12-15 hours of fasting time. Eating breakfast is important so it’s honestly better to stop eating earlier in the night to start the fasting hours before bed so after sleeping, you can eat breakfast within an hour or so of waking.
