Nahh Nahh Legs are all about training, like jogging, gotta max out the legs to grow So going 60kg barbell squats for 100 reps (50,30,20) I train my legs once a week Video coming

Nice legs I’m quite huge in body weight like 240lbs so i know i gotta go moreeee In the words of Mike Mentzer… go at least 50 reps with a light weight when doing squats or any leg workout… that’s when you know Also in the words of Tom Platz… nothing’s like squats🫣
