Been working forearms twice a week and noticing a huge difference in my ability to control the weight when I’m doing other lifts. My forearms are also getting bigger. This device can be found on “The Tib Bar Guy” website. I would recommend it!

Not at all. My grip is strong enough for it not to matter. Which is kind of the point. If you use straps, you’re always (increasingly) beholden to straps.
