Having seen a lot of crypto founders as an investor, some common pitfalls I'm trying to be careful of

- raised too much, lost sense of urgency
- grew team too large, lost focus
- ego caught up in speaking events and vanity metrics
- nerd sniped into building fun things
- waiting too long to launch / release feature

So many pitfalls, it’s like walking on a minefield. But I guess that’s the main reason not everyone is suited to be a founder
