What are some qualities/skills that have been missing from the current candidates? I want to be qualified for staff-level frontend roles at some point in my career, so I am curious about the most significant differentiators between a staff frontend engineer and someone who would be considered a solid "senior" engineer

This is my daily recipe - brewer: Chemex beans: 40g (makes ~2 cups) water: 210f, 640g bloom: 80g for 45 seconds brew: 3 pours to reach 640g of water (160, 200, 200) a bonus trick I sometimes do is to use a chopstick to create a small divet in the coffee bed to help the bloom saturate all the grounds
