Protein before sleep, I hear. Haven't actually looked into though, so take it with a grain of salt

If you're taking any protein before sleep it should generally be casein, although I haven't come across any revelatory evidence of why one should do this, unless you need to jam in extra protein at the end of the day. What you get via the protein is likely offset by the negative effects of eating right before sleep
