Gm Aaron, absolutely right, the weather.
As I have a container ship here, weather is one of the most important factors to consider, because container ships are susceptible to the motions that other ships don’t, those are synchronous rolling and parametric rolling, which is particularly dangerous for us, as I have billions $ worth of cargo on outer decks, and I don’t want to loose someone’s new MacBook in the ocean, comparing losses, delay fees are waaaaaaay less then cargo loss compensation could be. That’s how it could end up if weather along the voyage is not monitored and taken into account, that’s a mess👇 1 reply
