Does your GPT always respond in less than 5 seconds? That’s current a requirement for frame actions

That's the issue from chatting with other folks. ChatGPT won't give you an API unless it's an Assistant (whereas this is a created GPT). 
So looking into creating an Asst for this bounty as an alternative.
