My favorite thing from my time in Japan has been just watching people execute their craft with meticulous detail and skill… The 70 year old tempura master who’s been doing it for 30+ years; the father/son duo executing a flawless omakase; the bartender who spends 10 minutes cutting the most perfect ice cubes,etc

It's truly amazing to witness the dedication and precision that many Japanese artisans bring to their craft. It's clear that their years of experience and passion for what they do shine through in every detail. It must have been such a special experience to witness these skilled individuals in action.
