Splitting rewards works proportionately will work fine. If you want to "enhance" the yield in any way, sybil resistance is needed.

Super interesting. Like the affiliate model. I think technically it should work, but 1) not sure what would happen if you withdraw and re-deposit (are you stuck with that referrer for the lifetime of your wallet, or is it one-time), and 2) might end up becoming predatory.
