I think it's a really healthy next step as a tool in the wider toolkit as a channel operator.

I don't think you should need a pass for *all* channels but feels perfectly logical and a great way to moderate spam.

I would 100% add a filter to post in /coop-recs if it existed!

Off-seasons are slower and longer, but more indicative of true l/t scalability (e.g. do "older" locals absorb/embrace new users who want to stay on year round)
